Have you ever wondered how we dispose of our spent grain? Local farmers in the area make the trip to the brewery every brew day to pick up feed for their cows. Mr. Limehouse and his cows have been very loyal to our spent grain for many years. At 89 years old, he has watched Palmetto blossom over many years into the brewery we are today. We head out to the farm after brewing Blueberry Kush the other day to help feed the gentle giants. We think they like spent grain as much as we love beer!
